“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions brokers ask
When does the timeline start?
At 120 days before the renewal date to start: kickoff at 120, information due from the client at 90, submissions to markets at 60, options presented at 30, decision and bind at 14, and policies in force with certificates reissued on the day. Change the days and steps in Settings to match how you work; each renewal gets its own copy you can adjust.
Do clients need an account?
No. Each renewal has a private link that shows your logo, the renewal date, what happens when and what you still need. The client types an answer or uploads the file (a PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet) from their phone. It arrives as “received, review”: accept it, or ask again with a note they see. A new link stops the old one working.
What information can I ask for?
You start with seven items: updated revenue and payroll, vehicle and driver list, property schedule and values, loss runs or claims history, signed application, changes in operations and subcontractor costs. Edit the list in Settings, and add or remove items on any renewal, each with its own due date if you like.
How do I track quotes?
Each line renewing has a row per market: to submit, submitted, quoted, declined, presented or bound, with the premium and notes. The renewal shows a grid of lines by market, a market that hasn’t answered in 10 days shows on Today, and bound premium against expiring gives the change.
Can I give the client a summary of the options?
Yes. The renewal options summary prints or saves as a PDF with your logo: each line, the expiring premium against every quote, your recommended option, the totals and your disclaimer.
Does it connect to my broker management system?
Not yet. Paste your client list from a spreadsheet or an export to get started. Importing renewals from a management system and scheduled reminder emails are on the roadmap.
