Tools / Accounting / Monthly Review
Live · for accounting & bookkeeping firms

Month-end reviews, as a portal with your name on it.

Upload each client's close and they get a branded dashboard on your domain. It covers the P&L and balance sheet against last month, last year and the trailing twelve months, flags material variances automatically, and shows your notes next to the numbers.

FAQ

Questions firms ask

Where does the data come from?

Most firms upload the monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet exports from QuickBooks Online or Xero, accrual basis with one column per month. We map accounts to review sections the first time, and the mapping is reused every month after that. If you work in Excel, there's a template you can use instead.

Will my clients see the nvisin name?

No. The portal uses your logo, your colours and your domain. Login emails are sent from your firm's name.

How does the custom domain work?

You add a single CNAME record, such as reports.yourfirm.com, at your DNS provider. We issue and renew the SSL certificate automatically. Your portal is also live straight away on yourfirm.nvisin.app while DNS propagates.

Can I control what each client sees?

Yes. Sections, thresholds and users are set per client, and nothing is visible to the client until you publish the month.

Is client data secure?

Each firm's data is isolated, and so is each client within a firm. All traffic is encrypted, and clients can only see the entities they've been invited to.

What if we cancel?

You can export everything at any time. If you cancel, the portal stays readable until the end of your billing period.

Have your portal live before the next close.
