Security

Client budgets, shown only to that client.

Budgets and spend are commercially sensitive. Here's how we keep them safe.

Every agency kept separateEach agency's clients, budgets and spend are isolated in the database, and every request is checked against your company and your role.
Clients see only their own reportA report link shows that one client's lines, pace and chart, never your notes, other clients or contact details. New link stops the old one; Turn off hides it.
Percentages only, if you preferTurn on Show percentages only and every budget and spend amount is left off the client's report; the chart shows % of budget instead.
Private link tokensAll traffic runs over HTTPS. Link tokens sit in a private schema only the app's own database login can read, and the report records when the client last opened it.
FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Does it connect to Google Ads or Meta?

Not yet. In v1 you type spend to date into one grid (Enter jumps to the next line), or paste a daily export: Google Ads (Day, Campaign, Cost), Meta (Reporting starts, Campaign name, Amount spent) or a simple date, channel, campaign, spend sheet. Rows are matched to budget lines by channel and campaign. Google Ads and Meta connections that pull spend every morning are next.

How is pace worked out?

Expected spend is the budget times the days elapsed, divided by the days in the month (or the line’s own flight dates). Pace is spend divided by expected. Within ±10% is on pace; you can change the tolerance, and turn on weekday weighting so a weekend day counts half. The month-end projection uses the last 7 days’ spend rate.

What does my client see?

Their own report link, with your logo and agency name: this month and the five before, each line’s pace and projection, and a chart of spend against plan. No account, phone friendly and printable. Turn on Show percentages only to hide every budget and spend amount. Your notes, other clients and contact details never appear.

What if a campaign doesn’t run for the whole month?

Give the line its own flight dates, even across a month end, and it is paced over those days only. Flights that haven’t begun show as Not started.

Does it email the report to clients?

Not yet. “Email it” opens your own email with a short message and the link. Scheduled weekly or month-end emails, and alerts when a line goes off pace, are on the roadmap.

Can the report link be on our own domain?

Not in v1. Links are on pacing.nvisin.app with your logo and agency name on the page. Your own domain is on the list.
