3Your lender

Review from one link

Draws carry budgets, invoices and lien waivers. Here's how we keep them safe.

Every company kept separateEach company's projects, budgets and draws are isolated in the database, and every request is checked against your company and your role.
Lenders see only what you sendThe lender link shows the submitted draws on that one project, never drafts. Turn it off or make a new one and the old one stops working at once.
Private backup filesAll traffic runs over HTTPS. Invoices, waivers and photos sit in private storage and open only through 10-minute links.
Every decision on recordA submitted draw is locked with its figures as sent. Lender decisions keep the name, time, IP address and browser, and every change is in the project's history.
FAQ

Questions builders ask

Who is Draw Requests for?

Builders and renovators whose work is financed by a bank, credit union or private lender that pays out in progress draws: custom homes, spec builds, infill and larger renovations.

Does my lender need an account?

No. Each project has a private lender link. The lender sees every submitted, approved, returned and funded draw on that project (never drafts), reads the package, downloads the backup, and approves or returns a draw with a note by typing their name. You can turn the link off or replace it at any time.

How is holdback worked out?

Each project has a holdback percentage (10% to start, and you can call it retainage). It is taken per line on every draw, and the summary shows the usual lines: contract sum to date, completed to date, holdback, previous draws, current payment due and balance to finish. A final holdback-release draw is not in this version yet.

Can a line be billed past its budget?

Not by accident. A line stops at its revised budget (budget plus approved change orders). An owner can allow it with a note, and the note prints on the package.

Is the lender emailed when I submit a draw?

Not yet. Copy the link or email it from the app yourself. Automatic emails to the lender, and back to you when a draw is approved or returned, are planned.

Can I bring in my existing budget?

Yes. Paste the schedule of values straight from your spreadsheet: cost code, description and amount. Change orders add to a line, or to a new line, once approved.
