Parents see the progress, every month.
Tutors log each session in seconds: attended, what was covered, homework and effort. Goals and scores build up over the month, and each student’s report fills itself in. Add a comment, send it, and parents open it from one link on their phone.

Progress notes, shown only to the parents.
Progress notes are about children. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin
What our customers say.

Questions tutoring centres ask
Do parents need an account?
No. Each student has one private link for their parents with the latest report, past reports, goals and a short message box. A new link stops the old one working, and you can see when they last opened it.
How much do tutors have to type?
Very little. Today lists everyone with a lesson that day: tap Attended, type what you covered, pick the effort and save the whole day at once. The monthly report fills in from those sessions.
What goes in a monthly report?
Attendance, time together, topics covered, homework, effort and its trend against last month, each goal’s progress and score chart, plus the tutor’s comment and next month’s focus. It prints with your logo.
Can I change a report after it is sent?
A sent report keeps its numbers, so parents always see what you sent. An owner can take it back, change it and send it again.
What do tutors see?
Only the students they teach. Owners see every student and send the reports.
Does it email the report?
Not yet. Copy the link, text it or open an email to the parent from the student’s page. Sending reports by email from nvisin is next.
