Yes. Export any month's invoices as a file in QuickBooks Online's or Xero's own invoice import layout and upload it there. Customers, products and tax codes are matched to your file once in settings. Direct sync is coming soon.
Can clients pay online?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay by card or bank transfer from the invoice. Payments go straight to you, and the invoice is marked paid automatically.
Does it handle sales tax, GST, HST and VAT?
Yes. Set your tax rates once, choose one per invoice or per line, and the right tax code goes into the export for your accounting file.
Can I bill retainers every month?
Yes. Set an invoice to repeat monthly or quarterly. It's created as a draft for you to check, or sent automatically if you prefer.
Will clients see the nvisin name?
No. Invoices, the payment page and reminder emails all carry your logo, your colours and your domain.
