How it works

Your team updates weekly. Your clients stop guessing.

1Your team

Upload the week

Drop in bank balances and AR/AP agings. Recurring items like payroll, rent and loans are set up once, and the forecast rolls forward on its own.

2Your team

Check forecast vs actual

Differences from last week's forecast are flagged. Explain them, adjust scenarios such as late collections or a new hire, then publish.

3Your client

They see where cash is heading

One chart that shows how low cash gets and when, scenarios they can switch between, and your notes on what changed.

FAQ

Questions firms ask

Where does the data come from?

Each week you upload bank balances and the AR and AP aging reports from QuickBooks Online or Xero, or use our Excel template. Recurring items such as payroll, rent and loan payments are set up once per client and repeat automatically.

How does the weekly roll-forward work?

When you upload a new week, the week that just ended switches from forecast to actual, a new week 13 is added, and the difference between last week's forecast and what actually happened is shown with your notes.

Can clients change the forecast?

Clients can switch between the scenarios you've built, such as late collections or financing a purchase, but only your team can edit the numbers.

Does it work alongside Monthly Review?

Yes. If you use both, clients see the cash forecast and their monthly review in the same portal under your brand, with one login.

Will my clients see the nvisin name?

No. The portal uses your logo, your colours and your domain. Update emails are sent from your firm's name.
