Report cards, read only by the family.
Grades and comments are about children. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions schools ask
Do parents need an account?
No. Each student has one private link that shows their published report cards, made for a phone. Parents can tap “I’ve read this”, and you see who has. A new link stops the old one working.
Can I use our own grading scale and subjects?
Yes. Pick letters (A+ to F), levels 1 to 4, percentages or Exceeds / Meets / Approaching / Not yet, then your subjects, learning skills, attendance and comment rules. Ready-made starters cover elementary, high school, tutoring, music and arts, and languages.
How does the comment bank work?
Save phrases with placeholders like {name} and {he/she/they}. Pick one on a card and it is filled in for that student, using the name they go by and their pronouns, ready to edit.
Who approves the cards?
Teachers hand in a finished card. An owner (the principal or director) approves it or sends it back with a note the teacher sees. Only approved cards can be published.
Can a published card change?
No. Publishing keeps a frozen copy of the card, and that copy is what parents see and what prints. An owner can unpublish a card to fix it and publish it again.
Can I print every card at once?
Yes. Print or save as PDF a whole class or every published card in the term, with your logo, school details and signature line.
