Your rentals hold customers' addresses, contracts and ID. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions rental companies ask
Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Save it as a CSV and upload it in Settings & import. Columns such as container number, size and condition, customer, monthly price, payment day and delivery date are matched by name. Section rows like "available" or "pick up" are skipped, and rows without a customer become units in your inventory.
Does it charge my customers' cards?
Not yet. You keep charging cards the way you do today, and Rental Manager tracks what's due, paid and overdue each month. Automatic billing through your own Stripe account is on the roadmap.
Is it only for shipping containers?
No. Containers were the first use, but the tool works for anything rented by the month and delivered to a site: portable storage, trailers, site offices, equipment and portable toilets. You can rename the fields to suit what you rent.
How does online contract signing work?
Your contract becomes a template. From a rental, create a one-time link with the details filled in and text or email it to the customer. They fill in their details, initial the key clauses, upload photo ID and sign on their phone. You get a PDF with the full terms and a signature record, filed under the rental.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. The owner invites staff from Settings, and each person can have full access or view-only access. Everyone signs in with their own email and password.
Who uses Rental Manager
Every container and machine, who has it, what they owe and what's moving this week, with contracts signed on a phone.
Track each container by size (8' to 40' high cube) and features like insulation, a roll-up door or an office fit-out, rented by the month or sold. Office trailers, portable storage and temporary fencing come set up the same way.
Track every unit on rent, bill rentals on time, and see this week's deliveries and pickups.
Rent machines and tools by the day, week or month, note attachments, a trailer or a GPS tracker on each one, and see what every unit has earned against what it cost. Generators, light towers, scaffolding and heaters rent by the week.
Know where every bin is, which rentals are due for a swap or pickup, and who still owes you.
Roll-off bins from 10 to 40 yards rent at one price covering drop-off, pickup and the days quoted, with weight limits and extra swaps in the contract. Portable toilets get a weekly pump, clean and restock on the schedule.
Book tents, bouncy castles and AV for each date, send the rental agreement to sign, and plan the week's drop-offs.
Tents, inflatables, dance floors, stages and photo booths rent at one price per event, and the agreement asks the renter to initial that an adult will supervise inflatables.
See which vehicles are out, who has them and what's due back, with agreements signed on the customer's phone.
Cars, vans and trucks rent by the day or week, with winter tires, a tow hitch or unlimited kilometres noted on each vehicle.
Keep every boat, bike or ski set booked, signed for and returned.
Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, bikes, e-bikes and ski sets rent by the day, with life jackets, helmets or locks noted on each rental.
