Questions couriers and 3PLs ask
Do drivers need an app or an account?
No. Each driver gets their own link to open on any phone. It shows only the stops you give them, in the order you set, with Map and Call buttons. If a phone is lost, make a new link and the old one stops working at once.
What does a driver record at the door?
Who took it and their signature on the screen, or where it was left (front door, reception, a neighbour) with a photo of the spot. One or more photos, the time on the phone and its location go with it. If it can’t be delivered, they pick a reason from your list.
How do our customers look up a delivery?
Every delivery has its own tracking link you can send. Customers can also look one up on your tracking page by the reference number and the delivery postal or ZIP code, or from a small form you paste into your own website. Both have to match.
Can I import the day’s stops?
Yes. Save the day’s list from your spreadsheet or order system as CSV and import it. We read the columns from their headers (order number, ship-to name, address, city, postal code, pieces, notes, driver), you check the preview, and a reference already on file is skipped.
Is there a PDF proof of delivery?
Yes. Every delivered stop has a one-page proof with your logo: the address, who received it, the signature, the time, the location and the photos. Your customer can save it as a PDF from the tracking page, and so can you.
What happens when a delivery fails?
The driver picks why (no one home, refused, address not found…) and can add a photo and a note. It shows on Today as not delivered, and Send out again puts it back on a run for another day, counting the attempts.
Does it work without signal?
The driver’s page needs a connection to save each stop. Photos are made smaller on the phone first so they go up quickly on a weak signal, and nothing is lost if a save fails: they can try again.
