Questions studios and schools ask
Do families need an account?
No. Each family has one private link with the next lesson, upcoming lessons, lessons left in each package, lessons owed and unpaid invoices. They can ask to cancel a lesson from it. A new link stops the old one working.
Which lessons use up a package?
Attended, no-show and late cancel use a lesson. Cancelled with notice, teacher cancelled and make-up owed don’t. You set how much notice counts as “with notice” in Settings, on your studio’s time zone.
Can I sell term packages and pay-as-you-go lessons?
Yes. Set up packs (“10 lessons, 30 min”), terms (“Fall term: 12 lessons”) with an optional expiry, and pay-as-you-go prices per lesson length. Pay-as-you-go lessons go on one invoice per family per month.
Does it take payments?
Not yet. Each invoice prints or saves as a PDF with your logo and tax, and you mark it paid by cash, e-transfer or card. Online payment is on the roadmap.
What do teachers see?
Only their own lessons and students, with the family’s name and phone and lessons left. Never invoices, prices or other teachers’ schedules.
Does it send lesson reminders?
Not yet. Families see their next lesson on their page, and Today shows what needs your attention. Email reminders and “3 lessons left” emails are next.
