Live · for IT managed service providers

Show clients what you actually did.

Every month, your PSA and RMM become a branded report each client logs in to: tickets and response times, backups and patching, a security score and what you recommend next. Written in plain language, on your domain.

How it works

Your techs do the work. Your clients finally see it.

1Your team

Sync the month

Connect your PSA and RMM once, or upload CSV exports. Tickets, devices, patching and backups are matched to each client automatically.

2Your team

Review and add notes

Unsupported devices, MFA gaps and expiring warranties are flagged. Explain each in plain language and recommend next steps, then send.

3Your client

Security

Built for client security data.

Your reports describe your clients' weak spots. Here's how the portal keeps them private.

Every MSP and client kept separateData is isolated per MSP, and per client within it. Clients only see what you publish to them.
Encrypted everywhereAll traffic runs over HTTPS on your domain, and stored data is encrypted at rest.
Two-factor sign-inRequired for your team's admin accounts, and available for clients.
Backups and full exportRegular backups, an audit trail of who published what, and your data is exportable anytime.
FAQ

Questions MSPs ask

Where does the data come from?

Connect your PSA (ConnectWise, HaloPSA or Autotask) for tickets and your RMM (NinjaOne, Datto RMM or N-able) for devices, patching and backups. If you'd rather not connect them, upload each month's CSV exports instead. Clients are matched to your PSA companies once and remembered.

Can we edit the report before clients see it?

Yes. Each report starts as a draft. Your team adds the summary, notes on anything flagged and next-step recommendations, then sends it. Nothing is visible to the client until you do.

Will clients see the nvisin name?

No. The portal uses your logo, your colours and your domain, and report emails are sent from your company's name.

How does this help with QBRs?

Every month's report is kept, and recommendations carry forward, so your quarterly business review starts from three months of real numbers rather than a blank slide deck. A dedicated QBR Builder is coming next.

Can different people at a client see different things?

Yes. Invite as many client users as you like. The practice owner might see everything while an office manager sees tickets and devices only.
