Client pages show policy numbers, premiums and documents. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions brokers ask
What does my client see?
A private page under your brokerage’s name and logo: their total annual premium, every policy in force as a card (insurer, policy number, term, days to renewal and each coverage with its limit and deductible), the documents you mark as shown, their account manager, and a box to tell you what changed. It works on a phone, with no account or password.
Do clients need an account?
No. Each client has a private link. Make a new link and the old one stops working at once; an inactive client’s link doesn’t work. You can see when each client last opened theirs, and Today lists the ones who never have.
Which documents can I share?
Policy wordings, declarations, certificates, invoices, endorsements and anything else, as PDF or pictures up to 15 MB. Each one is shown to the client or kept for your team, and opens through a 10-minute link. Invoices start as staff only.
Does it connect to my broker management system?
Not yet. Paste your client list from a spreadsheet or an export, then add each policy with its coverages; “Fill in the usual ones” starts the rows for common lines. Importing from a management system is on the roadmap.
How do renewals show up?
A policy shows as renewing soon a set number of days before it expires (60 to start, your choice). Renew adds the next term with the same coverages, and a policy that expired without a renewal is flagged on Today until you deal with it.
Can I hand a client a summary at a meeting?
Yes. Each client has a printable summary of insurance with your logo: every policy in force, its coverages, limits, deductibles and premium, and a disclaimer that the policy wordings govern. Print it or save it as a PDF.
