Work in progress, kept private.
Drafts and creative files aren't for everyone's eyes. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions agencies and studios ask
Do clients need an account?
No. Each client has one private link for everything you send them. What’s waiting on them comes first, oldest first. To approve, they type their name; to ask for changes, they leave a comment or a note on single files. A new link stops the old one working.
What can I send for approval?
Any mix of files (images shown inline, PDFs, and videos up to 50 MB), a link to a staging site, Figma or YouTube, and plain text for copy, with a note to the client. A version stays a draft only your team sees until you send it.
What goes in the sign-off record?
Who approved which version and when: the name they typed, the time and, when it’s one of the client’s listed approvers, their email. No IP address is kept. Each deliverable prints a sign-off certificate with your logo and every version sent.
How are rounds counted?
Each version sent is a round. Set how many each client has included; going over is flagged on the deliverable, in the lists and when you send, but never blocked, so you decide whether to bill or waive it.
Can clients pin a comment on a spot in the image?
Not yet. For now a client can leave a note on each file of a version, plus comments on the deliverable. Pinned comments on images are next.
Does it remind clients who haven’t answered?
Not yet. Today shows how long each piece has waited, and “Email it” opens your own email to every approver with a list of what’s waiting. Automatic reminders, and Slack messages when a client answers, are on the roadmap.
The client approved by email. Can I record it?
Yes. “Record their answer” saves it against the version, marked as recorded by you.
