Certificates of insurance, without the retyping.
Clients request certificates of insurance themselves, from a private link on their phone. Routine requests for saved holders are issued in one click (or on their own), anything unusual goes to a person with the reasons, and at renewal every holder gets a new certificate in one go.

Request from their phone
Each client gets a private link. They pick a holder, say what it’s for and when, tick what the contract asks for and attach the clause.

Certificates and policies, kept private.
Certificates carry policy numbers, limits and your clients' contracts. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions brokers ask
What makes a request routine?
A request is routine when it names a saved holder (or a new holder with no special wording), asks for nothing that holder doesn’t already have, has no contract attached, and every policy on the client’s certificates is in force, and not about to expire, on the date it’s needed. Anything else, such as additional insured, a waiver of subrogation, 30 days’ notice, other wording or an expiring policy, needs a person, with the reasons listed.
Do clients need an account?
No. Each client has a private link. On their phone they pick a saved holder or add a new one, say what the certificate is for and when they need it, tick what their contract asks for and can attach the contract’s insurance clause. Their requests and certificates are on the same page. A new link stops the old one working.
Can routine requests be issued without us?
Yes, if you want. Turn on “Issue routine requests automatically” in Settings and a routine request is issued the moment the client sends it. It’s off to start, so every request waits for one click, marked Routine or Needs a person.
Is the certificate an ACORD form?
No. It’s a clean certificate of insurance with your logo and brokerage details: the insured, the holder, the description of operations, each policy with insurer, number, period and limits, any additional insured, waiver or notice provisions, your disclaimer and the authorised representative. Print it or save it as a PDF. Where a market requires a specific form, keep using your agency system for those.
What happens at renewal?
Renew each policy on the client’s page with its new dates. Every holder whose latest certificate still shows the old period appears under Reissue, and Reissue all makes new certificates for the new period in one go.
Does it check endorsements on the policy?
Not automatically. A certificate doesn’t add coverage, so anything asking for additional insured, a waiver, notice of cancellation or special wording goes to a person to check against the policy. Saved holders keep what you’ve already checked, so their repeat requests stay routine.
