Rates and volumes are commercially sensitive. Here's how we keep them safe.
“nvisin started with a simple frustration: the reports we sent every month were careful and correct, and hardly anyone read them. Every tool we build fixes that for one industry, so your work reaches your clients clearly, under your name.”Jake, founder of nvisin

Questions 3PLs and warehouses ask
Do I need to connect my warehouse system?
No. Export four reports as CSV from whatever warehouse system you use: storage counts, receipts, orders shipped and shipping labels. Upload them, match the columns the first time, and the tool remembers the match for next month. One file can hold every customer; rows go to the customer whose code is in the customer column.
How is storage charged?
Per pallet, bin or cubic foot per month, on the stock counted during the month. Each customer’s rate card says whether the month’s quantity is the average of the counts, the highest count or the last count. The statement lists every count date, so the customer can see where the number came from.
How are pick and pack fees worked out?
A pick fee per order, plus a fee for each unit beyond the units included (one by default), plus packaging per box. Each line opens to the orders behind it, with the order number, date, units and the line of your file it came from.
Can I mark up shipping?
Yes. Labels are passed through at cost plus the customer’s markup, worked out label by label, and the statement shows the carrier cost next to the billed amount. A refunded label comes off.
What about kitting and other one-off work?
Add it to the customer’s month as a special project: a description, a quantity and a rate, like 14.5 hours of kitting at $34. A monthly minimum tops up a quiet month automatically.
What does the customer see?
A private link, under your logo, with each month you’ve published: the charges by section, every line opening to the rows behind it, a CSV download and a printable copy they can save as PDF. They never see unpublished months, your notes or other customers. No account needed.
Will a published statement change if I upload more files?
No. A statement is kept exactly as it was published. If the files, rates or charges change afterwards, the month shows “Changed since published” on your side, and the customer sees the new version only when you publish again.
Does it send invoices?
Not itself. Export the month for QuickBooks Online or Xero, one invoice per customer with a line for each charge, and send invoices from your accounting system as usual. A summary export with one row per customer is there too.
Who uses Fulfilment Billing Statements
Upload the month’s storage counts, receipts, orders and shipping labels from your warehouse system, and every customer gets an itemised statement on a branded page, each charge traced to the order or receipt behind it.
Storage per pallet, bin or cubic foot on the average, highest or last count, pick fees per order and per extra unit, packaging, shipping at cost plus your markup, and a monthly minimum, then one export for QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Send the invoice with the proof attached.
Setup takes an afternoon: your logo, your default rate card and your customers with their codes, then upload last month’s exports and see every statement worked out.
