Tools / Transport & logistics / Client Inventory Portal
Early access · for 3PLs & fulfilment centres

Your customers check their own stock, not your inbox.

Upload the CSVs your WMS already exports: stock on hand, inbound shipments and orders shipped. Each brand you store for gets a portal under your name with their stock and low-stock flags, what’s arriving and what’s been received, and every order with its tracking number. They open a private link or sign in, and only ever see their own.

How it works

Your WMS’s exports, in front of every customer.

1Your team

Upload the exports

Stock on hand, inbound ASNs or POs, and orders shipped: the CSVs your warehouse system already makes. Match the columns once; every file after that just goes in.

2Client Inventory Portal

Sort it by customer

Rows go to the right brand by its name or code, low and out-of-stock SKUs are flagged against reorder levels, and inbound shows what’s late or partly received.

3Your customers

See their own, any time

Each brand opens a private link or signs in to their stock, inbound and recent orders with tracking links, under your logo. Nobody sees another customer.

Each customer sees only their own.

Stock levels and order details are your customers' business. Here's how we keep them apart.

Every warehouse kept separateEach warehouse's customers, stock, inbound and orders are isolated in the database, and every request is checked against your company and your role.
Customers see only theirsA customer's link or login shows their own stock, shipments and orders, never another customer's rows, your notes, locations or settings.
Links you controlTurn a customer’s link on or off, or make a new one and the old one stops working straight away. Deactivate a customer and their link and logins stop too.
Checked on the way inEvery uploaded row is checked again on our side before it is saved, and every upload is kept in a history of who uploaded what, and when.
FAQ

Questions 3PLs ask

Does it connect to our WMS?

Not directly. It works from the CSV exports almost every warehouse system can make: stock on hand, receipts or ASNs, and shipped orders. You match the columns the first time you upload each kind of file, and after that each new file goes straight in.

How does it know which rows belong to which customer?

From the customer, client or account column in your export, matched by the customer’s name or code. A name it hasn’t seen becomes a new customer unless you pick an existing one, and it remembers your pick. A file without a customer column is all for the one customer you choose.

Do our customers need an account?

No. Each customer can have a private link that opens their inventory with no sign-in, or you can invite people at the customer to sign in with their own password. Either way they only ever see their own stock, shipments and orders.

How is low stock worked out?

A SKU is low when what’s available (on hand less what’s allocated) is at or below its reorder level: the SKU’s own level, else the customer’s, else your company default. Out of stock is nothing available. A SKU missing from the latest stock count shows as 0, so the customer sees it ran out.

Which carriers get tracking links?

UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Express and Canada Post tracking numbers link to the carrier’s own tracking page. Any other carrier’s number is still shown, as plain text.

How often should we upload?

As often as you like. Most warehouses upload stock once a day and orders and inbound once or twice a day. Customers see the date of the latest stock count, and Today warns you when stock is more than two days old.

Who it's for

Who uses Client Inventory Portal

3PL warehouses

Give every brand you store for their own stock, low-stock flags, inbound and shipped orders with tracking, from the CSVs your WMS already exports.

Pick e-commerce fulfilment, wholesale distribution, food and beverage or pallet storage when you sign up and we set the low-stock level, how far back customers see orders and the word for your units (units, cases or pallets).

Stop answering “how many do we have left?”

Setup takes about 10 minutes: your logo and details, then upload your first stock file and match its columns.
