Your portal works straight away at yourname.nvisin.app. To show it on your own address instead, add one DNS record where your domain is managed. We issue and renew the SSL certificate automatically.
1. Choose a subdomain
Use a subdomain such as reports.yourfirm.com, portal.yourfirm.com or owners.yourcompany.com, so your main website isn't affected.
2. Add the CNAME record
Sign in where your domain's DNS is managed (for example GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap or your IT provider) and add:

Then enter the same address under Settings → Branding & domain.
3. Wait for SSL
We detect the record, issue the certificate and email you when it's live, usually within an hour. DNS changes can take longer to spread at some providers.
Troubleshooting
Cloudflare
Set the record to DNS only (grey cloud), not proxied, until the certificate has been issued.
"Record already exists"
Delete any existing A, AAAA or CNAME record on the same name first. A name can only have one CNAME.
Want to switch back?
Remove the custom domain in Settings. Your .nvisin.app address keeps working.
